Excellent Stay
attentive staff amazing pasta
The staff at the North 38 pool were attentive. They always had a smile! The food selection at the Linah Restaurant included amazing pasta dishes. My son thought they were better than those in Italy. The gardens were fine. The gardeners clearly worked hard. I found it easy to relax there.
The family room was in a unit with others, so I experienced some noise. I could hear arguing and doors slamming late at night. This made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel includes five pools and some are adults only. Heated pools are available. There are spaces to play volleyball and football, and you can also find a mini golf course. The resort has the longest beach with snorkeling spots. It is excellent.

The rooms were equipped well, and they are cleaned daily. The cleaning service is great. Rooms are large, and they were clean. The beds were comfortable too. Rooms include air conditioning. It works well.

There are many authentic local dishes, and the food options are varied. Pastries were pretty. A lot of choices were available. Free cocktails and mocktails are available 24 hours, and they are delicious. The flavor is amazing.

Fantastic stay!

The hotel offered welcome fruits upon arrival. The staff consistently provided helpful service, ensuring all our needs were met. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner featured delicious food with a wide variety of options. Free cocktails and mocktails are available around the clock (which was a bonus!).
It took a little while to figure out the layout of the resort.

The hotel rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and the cleaning service ensures that the room is thoroughly cleaned daily. The view from the balcony was amazing. It made a huge difference.

The hotel personnel are friendly and cater to your needs with friendly professionalism. Customer service is amazing and rewarding. They really know how to host with perfection. Mohammed Said, the waiter, was warm, cute, and knew exactly what we wanted for beverages.

Acceptable but Underwhelming Stay
late transfer untrusting behavior
The hotel grounds was maintained well and I found the gardens quite nice.
The airport transfer was not great, it seemed like a random car rather than official transportation. The driver wore no uniform which rose security concerns. Upon checkout, they made us wait at the gate until someone checked our room. I thought it was very untrusting and left a very bad final impression.

pleasant stay, SOME issues
beautiful gardens great job clean pools large rooms
the gardens I saw were beautifully kept. the gardening staff did a great job. the pools was clean, and lifeguards seemed attentive. the rooms was large and cleaned daily by staff.

ali ramadan at the pool bar worked hard. mohamed a rahman near pool 2/3 also helped. elsayed ibrahim was also near pool 2/3 and provided good service .

i noticed the hotel offers several pools. there IS also a beach with coral reef access. taf taf bus went around the resort frequently. an adult area in the dining room had tables for two.

the family suite looked clean. the rooms were large and had daily cleaning. air conditioning WAS available inside each room. views from the room were really good, overlooking the sea.
